The process for arranging a preview visit is simple and designed to work around your schedule. We require preview requests to be made at least six weeks in advance to ensure the best availability.

• Arranging your visit: Coordinate directly with our reservations team to find a time that works for you. These visits can be arranged at any point during the ski season, subject to the availability of your chosen accommodation.

• What's included: NST covers the cost of three nights' half-board accommodation for two people at the hotel you have booked. We also provide a two-day lift pass so you can fully explore the slopes.

• Travel arrangements: You are responsible for your own flights and car hire. However, we are here to help and can advise on the nearest airports and suitable airlines. We can also provide a quote for equipment and insurance if required. Longer stays are available upon request, with supplements payable.

• See your accommodation first-hand: You will stay in the exact NST accommodation your group is booked into, or a suitable alternative nearby. This allows you to experience the facilities, layout, and atmosphere directly, ensuring it's a safe and comfortable environment for your students.

• Assess the resort and skiing conditions: Spend time exploring the resort, from the ski schools and slopes to the local amenities. This firsthand research helps you confirm that the skiing area is appropriate for your students’ abilities and that the resort provides everything they will need.

• Evaluate evening entertainment options: Get a feel for all the on-site and local entertainment to make sure there are plenty of fun and suitable activities to keep your students engaged and entertained after a long day on the slopes.
