NST is committed to helping more students take part in educational travel. Clear planning, SEND/ASN‑aware support and flexible arrangements help schools create trips that feel inclusive, well‑managed and achievable for every group.
As part of PGL Beyond, we continue to work with specialist partners, to strengthen accessibility and ensure more young people can benefit from outdoor and experiential learning.
Responsible practice that aligns with your values
Responsibility is embedded into how NST plans trips, who we choose to work with and how we support young people’s futures. As part of a Certified B Corporation, our decisions are guided by verified standards of responsibility and transparency, giving schools and trusts confidence in the partners they choose.
We work with Carbon Footprint to support carbon mitigation through verified projects and fund tree planting in UK school grounds to encourage local biodiversity and environmental education.
Through our REACHout volunteering and fundraising initiatives, NST colleagues actively support local and national causes that matter to our communities.
A commitment of continuous improvement
We are continuing to strengthen how we measure and support positive outcomes, including extending PGL Beyond’s REACH framework across NST's experiences. This future‑focused approach helps ensure our trips support holistic student development while maintaining the high standards schools expect from NST.
