We are currently looking for a fixed-term 6 month Tour Services Assistant to join our team, working 6 hours per week!
As Tour Services Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Tours Division by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of travel related documentation to support the effective management of customer bookings and post travel requirements!
You will also ensure exceptional reliable customer service to clients through creating accurate and clear documentation, from booking through to post travel. Working effectively as part of a Tour Support team to ensure all tour documentation is in order for the customer.
Reporting to our Tour Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Processing Transport related invoices
- Requesting quotes and services – accurately sharing information.
- Daily liaison with transport suppliers to confirm group bookings
- Names/APIS information added to airline websites and producing Boarding Passes
- Supporting our Accommodation function with admin tasks.
- Supporting the wider business where necessary.
- Checking and producing client documents prior to travel.
IS THIS YOU?
To be considered for the role, the following skills and experience are essential:
- IT Literate with knowledge and experience of using MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 6 -12 months in a similar admin-based role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Passionate about customer service - strong willingness to deliver excellent customer service and flexibility to meet client requirements
