Within our NST and StudyLink teams in Blackpool, Lancashire, our NST Ireland team in Dublin, and our European Study Tours Team in Hertford, Southern England, we have opportunities for telephone based sales professionals to build a rewarding career within the world of Educational Travel within all four of our market leading brands.

What does the role involve?

When you join one of our sales teams, you will be given your own sales regions or product areas to work with, and will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets by developing relationships with new and existing customers within a defined territory.

After your initial induction training, covering the basics like understanding our customers and the market, understanding how to get the best out of the tools and resources available to you, handling objections and managing your sales pipeline, alongside our product and destination training programmes, you will receive regular coaching and guidance from your team leader to help maximise your success in the role.

As your experience develops, you may choose to move into a people management role, or become one of our destination experts, or you may choose to focus on becoming a sales specialist, supporting team members in one of our Senior roles. We will support you at every step of your journey with us to be the very best you can be.

    Our Sales team members take as much care in how we communicate in writing, as how they interact with our customers over the phone to ensure that every part of the initial tour planning stage is taken care of. 

    • Exceptional Organisational Skills and IT skills

    Our sales team members work with our customers for weeks and sometimes months before a tour is confirmed. They need to be IT savvy using technology to provide accurate information to customers electronically as and when requested, and highly organised with the ability to manage their customer base  effectively ensuring each customer is contacted at the right time to progress their booking with us.

    Although we provide a number of incentives and rewards for meeting and exceeding targets, our sales team members are ambitious, self motivated individuals who believe in continuously improving their performance to realise they full potential, striving to perform better today, than yesterday.​
