Our in-house IT Teams provide opportunities for a range of IT and Technology Professionals.
As a specialist Travel Company, we need something a little different to help our teams provide an effective, efficient service to our customers, therefore the majority of our IT solutions are either built by our in house teams, or heavily customised and developed to meet the needs of our organisation.
Our Software Development Team members use their technical expertise, creativity, pragmatism, and solutions focus to develop valuable systems that make life easier for both our staff and our customers.
Working as part of a wider Education Division team with colleagues in both Blackpool and our Sister Company in Ross on Wye, our Software Development team members are involved in the design, development, testing, implementation and support of large scale change programmes, as well as the day to day enhancements and fixes making the roles fast-paced, with plenty of variety.
Our IT Operations Team members use their technical expertise across networking, technical support, telecoms infratructure and server management to help our teams and individuals make the most of technology to ensure effective communication with each other, and our customers.
Working as part of a wider Education Division team with colleagues in both Blackpool and our Sister Company in Ross on Wye, our IT Operations team members regularly travel across the UK and Europe to help our Education Division Brands to "keep the lights on" and ensure great experiences for our travelling groups.

Based at our Blackpool Site, our Finance team provides opportunities for people with a passion for numbers, attention to detail, and strong administration and IT skills.
If you join us as a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for providing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and management accounting support to our NST UK, NST Ireland, and StudyLink Brands.
- authorisation and payment of supplier invoices for UK and overseas accommodation, visits, and transport elements,
- reconciliation of bank accounts
- expenses management and administration
- managing foreign currency and exchange
- supporting the production of monthly and annual accounts
- answering queries from customers and suppliers
Our Senior roles in our Finance team, for accountancy professionals of experienced finance professionals enable you to work closely with senior management to ensure maximum business profitability, sound financial and commercial management, and auditing.
Marketing Roles and Careers
Our Marketing teams in Blackpool, Lancashire and at our European Study Tours office in Hertford manage the individual personalities of our Brands in the market place.
They put together engaging offline literature, such as brochures, flyers, and the design for some of our educational resources, as well as online content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Our marketing professionals work closely with our Product Managers, taking responsibility for the online and offline communication of a range of product areas, as well as getting involved in external customer focus groups, market research and feedback analysis, PR and merchandising campaigns, and internal communications and marketing events for staff.
Administration and Support roles
Our Administration and Support team members work at all of our sites, playing a vital role in supporting our teams and customers.
Working particularly closely with our Operations (Customer Service) and Sales teams, our Administrators ensure the right information and paperwork associated with our school tours is received by our customers and suppliers at the right time,
A number of our support administrators have grown their careers with us, developing through internal training, secondment opportunities, external courses, and formal qualifications to become Tour Coordinators, Marketing Assistants, and Sales team members ,so there is plenty of opportunity to take your career further.
