Make a difference as a Finance Assistant
We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven team player to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
As part of our Finance team within the PGL Beyond Tours Division, you’ll play a key role in making sure our financial transactions are processed accurately and our bank accounts are reconciled on time.
You’ll be responsible for handling supplier invoices, receipts, and payments with precision and efficiency. You’ll also support our cashflow forecasting when needed, helping us stay on track and plan ahead.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager, you’ll be working closely with the team to hit departmental targets and contribute to our shared success.

Is this you?
- You’ve worked in a finance or accounts role before and feel confident with transactional processing.
- You’re comfortable with reconciliations - especially bank reconciliations - and know how to keep things balanced.
- You enjoy solving problems and have a logical, analytical way of thinking things through.
- You’ve got a great eye for detail and take pride in getting things spot on.
- You’re a clear communicator, both in writing and when chatting with others.
