We are NST
We’ve been creating school trips in the UK, Europe and worldwide which educate, inspire and enable children to develop a sense of independence for over 50 years. Our educational experiences have lasting, positive impacts to expand horizons and unlock potential.
But that’s not all… we’re part of something bigger. We’re powered by PGL Beyond, a group of inspiring companies with a common purpose to deliver enriching and transformative experiences to the next generation. Will you join us?
THE ROLE
Make a difference as an Educational Travel Advisor
We believe that planning a trip should be as full of energy as the trip itself. We combine travel expertise, a team with practical know-how and time-saving tools, to ensure teachers receive support on their terms – making the process smooth, smart and stress-free.
In this exciting role, you’ll drive NST School Tours' success by converting leads, expanding booking opportunities, and retaining customers through excellent service, while ensuring profitability through accurate sales and cost management.
You’ll maximise the retention of existing customers and increase the conversion of inbound enquiries by ensuring consistent, effective customer contact and delivering high-quality sales and customer service. In addition, you’ll support the growth of new business opportunities through the proactive development of strong relationships and the generation of referrals. You’ll also contribute to the achievement of UK School Tours’ commercial objectives by maintaining the profitability of tour opportunities throughout the sales process.
Is this you?
- You’ve smashed sales targets before - and you’re ready to do it again. You know how to hit goals and love the buzz of achieving (and beating!) them.
- You’re confident on the phone and great with people - whether it’s answering questions or solving problems, you know how to make customers feel heard and supported.
- You’re a relationship-builder - you’ve got experience working with customers and suppliers, and you know how to keep those connections strong, positive, and long-lasting.
- You’ve got a can-do attitude and love jumping into action - quick to respond and always proactive, you’re all about making things happen for our clients.
- You know how to manage your time like a pro - you focus on what matters most, keeping your workload organised and your priorities clear.
- Details matter to you - with sharp accuracy, strong written communication, and a keen eye for the little things, you make sure everything’s spot on.
A place to thrive
We value excellence and personal advancement. We will prioritise your professional growth with tailored career development opportunities, mentorship programs and ongoing training.
