Make a difference as a Customer Relations Advisor
At PGL Beyond, our Customer Relations Advisors are champions of great experiences. They’re the friendly, professional voices behind every piece of feedback, working hard to make sure our guests feel heard, supported, and valued.
Whether it’s a compliment, concern, or suggestion, our Advisors take full ownership, responding with care, clarity, and a genuine commitment to making things better. Every bit of feedback helps us grow, and our team plays a key role in shaping the future of our services.
But it doesn’t stop there. When the unexpected happens, like travel delays, flight cancellations, or last-minute itinerary changes; our Customer Relations Advisors step in fast. They’re calm, empathetic, and solution-focused, working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and ensure our high standards never slip.
If you’re passionate about people, love solving problems, and want to be part of a team that’s always looking to improve, this could be the perfect role for you.
Is this you? You’ve got solid experience in customer service or resolving complaints, and you know how to turn a tricky situation into a positive outcome. You’re a clear communicator, both in writing and in person, and you handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy. You’re no stranger to fast-paced environments and can stay calm and focused when travel plans change unexpectedly. You take ownership of issues from start to finish, investigating thoroughly and always aiming for the best resolution for the customer. You work well with others, keeping customers and colleagues in the loop to resolve problems quickly and boost satisfaction and rebooking.
