Online Interview Incentive: Terms and Conditions 

1. The Promoter of this research incentive is PGL Adventure Holidays (PGL), NST and European Studies Tours (the “Promoter”). 
2. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are invited to take part and who complete an online research interview in full. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this research are not eligible to take part. 
3. To be eligible for the incentive, participants must take part in and complete the online interview as arranged with the Promoter. 
4. Only one incentive is available per participant. Individuals may not take part in the interview more than once. 
5. Participation in the interview is voluntary, and participants may withdraw at any time. If a participant withdraws before completing the interview, they will not be eligible to receive the incentive. 
6. All participants who complete the online interview in full will receive a £50 Amazon voucher as a thank-you for their time. This is not a prize draw and there is no element of chance involved. 
7. The incentive is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible participants who complete the interview. 
8. The £50 Amazon voucher will be sent to the participant via email, using the email address provided for the purposes of arranging or completing the interview, within four weeks of interview completion. 
9. The incentive is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. 
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by participants in connection with taking part in the interview, including but not limited to internet access or equipment. 
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for vouchers that are lost, deleted, misdirected, or not received due to incorrect contact details provided by the participant or technical issues beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. 
12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace the incentive with an alternative of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. 
13. Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the research interview and issuing the incentive, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. By taking part, participants consent to the collection, use, and retention of their personal data for these purposes. 
14. The Promoter and its associated companies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, liability, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of taking part in the interview or receiving the incentive, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 
15. If for any reason the interview cannot take place as planned due to technical failure, systems issues, or other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the interview without liability. 
16. By taking part in the interview, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
