Make a difference as an Account Executive
As a key player in our team, you’ll be responsible for managing tailor-made tours from start to finish—transforming client enquiries into seamless, memorable travel experiences. You’ll build long-term relationships with clients, resolve any travel challenges, and drive growth in enquiries, bookings, and revenue. Working with multiple departments, you’ll ensure every aspect of the tour, from itineraries to transport and accommodation, meets our high standards.
What's Involved
- Create personalised tour plans that align with client objectives
- Provide top-notch customer service throughout the journey
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure long-term loyalty
- Work with the Sales, Commercial, and Customer Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
- Drive growth through excellent service and proactive problem-solving
Skills & Experience: Strong customer service background, both phone and email IT literate, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in sales, achieving targets, and generating new business Excellent time management and organisational skills
You should also have the following skills/experience…

Experience in providing exceptional customer service by telephone and in writing (email)
Experience of working to sales targets, with a track record of target achievement
- Grade C (minimum Grade 4) or above in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification / experience
