Where is NST based?
NST has two main offices in the UK, the head office in Blackpool and the second office in Cambridge. NST’s associate company, NST limited, is based in Dublin. In addition, NST owns and manages three residential and activity centres, Winmarleigh Hall in Lancashire, Le Chateau d’Ebblinghem in Northern France and Lou Valagran in Southern France.
Do you provide training and development programmes?
We have comprehensive in-house training and support programmes for new members of staff and ongoing training and support for existing staff as new products, procedures or technology are introduced. In addition, we provide inter-departmental training to ensure that all staff understand and appreciate the work of other departments and divisions and are able to associate with a cause greater than their own function. Our performance review schemes ensure that we support every member of staff with regard to their job performance and personal development.
What benefits do you offer?
Salary - We aim to provide a remuneration structure that ensures that people feel valued and are well rewarded for exceptional effort or results. In addition to a basic salary we build in commission and/or bonus schemes.
Pension – We operate a stakeholder-compliant company pension scheme that employees may contribute to after 3 months service. We will make contributions to an employee’s Company Pension Scheme after 2 years continuous employment.
Private Medical Insurance – after a qualifying period employees will be entitled to participate, at the Company’s expense, in the Company’s Private Medical Expenses Insurance Scheme (subject to the rules of the scheme).

Dress Code
We do not have a rigid dress code although it is expected that staff will dress smartly to create a professional rather than casual impression.
Social
We organise varied social events throughout the year, to which all staff are invited. We also encourage and support involvement in fundraising and each year select a charity to benefit from our fundraising efforts. Charities that have benefited include Children in Need, Comic Relief, Jeans for Genes Appeal and the NSPCC.
