We are delighted that the Department for Education has updated its guidance on Educational Visits and that schools and colleges can now plan and book future trips.

Updated 7th July 2021 - applicable to schools & colleges in England
The DfE recognises the significant benefits of educational visits for children’s educational development as well as their mental health and wellbeing and is taking steps to allow children to enjoy visits in line with the government’s roadmap.
In line with Step 4 of the roadmap (on 19th July), the DfE has published updated advice around educational visits for this school year. Read the Schools COVID-19 operational guidance here.
Domestic educational day visits resume from 12th April 2021.
Domestic residential educational visits resume from 17th May 2021.
- New bookings for domestic residential educational visits can be made from 10th May 2021 onwards.
International educational visits can resume from 6th September 2021.
New bookings for future international educational visits can also be made from 6th September 2021 onwards.
