About Milky Way - Sestrière

The international resort of Sestrière lies in the middle of the Milky Way Ski Circuit and is known for being the oldest purpose-built resort in the Alps. This resort offers 400km of groomed runs and 146 skiable pistes across 5 different mountains to suit all abilities. Groups are able to begin their week in Sestrière and as they progress they have the benefit of skiing onto other mountains such as Sauze d’Oulx which offers panoramic views of the Milky Way.

With over 400 km of terrain, this resort offers challenge for everyone on the doorstep, whilst offering spectacular views of the 5 neighbouring mountains.

Sestrière has also gained international recognition for hosting a number of World Cup events including the 2006 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. With its magnificent scenery, vast array of pisted runs and high altitude skiing this resort will not disappoint.
