Make a difference as a Tour Support Consultant
Join our Tours Division and help make every trip unforgettable!
You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes by making sure all travel documentation is accurate and processed efficiently. From the moment a booking is made right through to post-travel, you’ll provide reliable, friendly support that ensures our customers have everything they need for a fantastic experience.
Working as part of our Tour Support team, you’ll make sure every detail is spot on for both customers and suppliers—because great adventures start with great organisation!
Is this you? You’ve got prior experience in an admin role and know how to keep things organised. Brilliant communication skills—both written and verbal—because clear, friendly communication is key. A sharp eye for detail and accuracy (you love getting things right!). Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. A natural problem-solver with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Commercially aware and always looking for cost-effective, efficient ways to get things done. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and flexible enough to meet client needs.
