We really want your feedback on your visit. Not only do we actively use this to improve our own service, but we also pass it on to many of our suppliers who in-turn will consider it when looking to improve what they offer.
Questionnaire: Either by the time you arrive home or just afterwards, you’ll receive a Group Leader Questionnaire. Please do spare some time to fill this in and post back to us in the freepost envelope. Alternatively give us a quick call and we’ll get your feedback over the phone.
2. Plan ahead and secure your dates for next year
Popular dates, ferries, flights and hotels get booked up quickly and squeezing in a group is often more difficult than for an individual making a booking.
At NST we do hold at lot of ‘allocations’ which are block bookings of hotel rooms, seats on planes, coaches, theatre tickets and so on, but to make sure you get them first, we need to hear from you as soon as possible. You won’t even have to commit straight away, but by letting us know sooner rather than later, we can reserve you the places you think you may need, whilst you get more concrete arrangements together.
And, don’t worry if you can’t be sure of your plans so soon after returning from your last visit. We work with all major transport providers and youth accommodation providers, so we can almost always be sure to accommodate your needs, however short the notice.
