Location Information
Hotel Populus is located in a quiet semi-residential area of the Prague – the Zizkov district. Zizkov is one of the most authentic Prague quarters, where Czech writers found inspiration for their stories. The Prague Bohemian life migrated to this area after the Velvet Revolution. The city centre can be reached by bus number 133 (5 stops to Florenc) or by bus number 124 (3 stops to metrostop Zelivskeho). The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Guests can also use metro line A (stop Zelivskeho – 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel entrance) to reach the Old Town and Prague Castle within 15 minutes. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby.

A security deposit is now payable on arrival at this hotel. The cost is 15 Euros per person, cash or credit card accepted. This amount is refundable at the end of your stay provided there has been no damage to the areas occupied by the group. To avoid misunderstanding, we recommend all group leaders undertake an inspection of all rooms with hotelier on arrival.
