Our Chef will demonstrate a range of practical food skills, methods and processes, students will then produce a Tarte au Sucre, a traditional sweet pastry dish originating from the region. Your group will be tasked to source ingredients from a local market to create a nutritionally balanced packed lunch. The task will be marked by the Head Chef on both nutritional properties and presentation.
