Our trips to the attractive and diverse Loire region of France, provide a great way to introduce pupils to French life, culture and language a little further afield of the more Northerly regions.

Known as the ‘Garden of France’ the Loire is home to beautiful Chateaux and many vineyards plus the superb Futuroscope theme park, which offers an amazing science, technology and media learning experience. For your school tour, we’ll create an itinerary that includes the right combination of excursions and experiences to suit the age and study objectives of your pupils. From Amboise, Blois, Chambord and Cheverney to Chenonceau, Tours and Futuroscope, NST offer excellent value accommodation and sightseeing options across this stunning region of France.

The Loire & Futuroscope

Day 1

Depart form school to begin your journey to France. Check in to your accommodation and have your evening meal. Evening free to explore your surroundings.

Day 2

Guided day in the Futuroscope Park including lunch. Evening meal in the park and opportunity to watch the laser show.

Day 3

Visit to Le Château de Chenonceau (Packed lunches arranged). In the Afternoon visit Amboise with a possible tour of Bigot Patissier Chocolatier. Take your evening meal at the accommodation and spend the evening at leisure.

Day 4

After breakfast, check-out of accommodation and begin your return journey back to school (packed lunch included).
