NST has been operating residential visits for schools and colleges since 1967 and has amassed a enormous amount of knowledge and experience about safety over these 40 years.

NST are a founding member of the School Travel Forum and have been instrumental in working with the government and industry leaders on advancing safety as an integral part of educational travel.

  • Risk assessment and Safety Education plays a vitally important part in the planning and organisation on any educational visit and is one area we are asked about frequently by our group leaders, especially those organising a visit for the first time.   • Pre-Tour Safety
  • The most effective way top ensure a safe and trouble free visit is to prepare thoroughly. Our pre-tour safety guide provides useful information we believe will assist you in planning and preparation.
  • Safety on Activities
  • NST own and operate two residential activity centres, both of which are fully approved by the British Activity Holiday Association (BAHA) which operates a strict code of practice for all members.
