Early Booking Discount
Saving shown is based on a group of 35 paying passengers – equivalent of £30 discount per paying person for long haul travel. Offer applicable for bookings made before 31/03/2012.To qualify for the saving all departures must be between 1st September 2012 and 30th September 2013 – a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Groups travelling by coach require a minimum size of 35 paying passengers and air groups require a minimum of 25 paying passengers to qualify. Savings not applicable for travel to UK destinations.
Large Group Discount
Only applicable to coach tours with a minimum of 42 paying passengers and air tours with a minimum of 40 paying passengers. Excludes tours to UK destinations; Music tours; or tours staying at the Château d’Ebblinghem, St Omer.
Loyalty Bonus
Loyalty discount of up to £225 is based on a group of a minimum of 25 paying passengers travelling by air consecutively for the last three academic years or a minimum of 35 paying passengers travelling by coach for the last three academic years. Maximum loyalty discount available is £225. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
