We are totally committed to looking after our customers and avoiding complacency is a top priority. We recognise that our customers are busy people and see it as our job to make life as easy as possible for them when providing educational and group travel services.
Listening to Customers
During the process of arranging group travel, we talk to our customers a lot – and we listen! We have in place, channels for customer comments, so when we hear valuable feedback, good or bad, it does not go unheard. Wherever appropriate we act on this feedback.
We also encourage our customers to give us detailed feedback on their experiences with NST, from the point of their initial enquiry to the point of returning home. Not only do we act on this feedback, but so do many of our suppliers (hoteliers, coach companies, excursion operators, local visits and attractions)for it is also valuable information for them as well. We continue to welcome customer feedback.
Health & Safety
NST continue to push for the highest possible safety standards in group and educational travel to the benefit of all our customers. Our work with the Government and industry colleagues is testament to our belief that safety comes first, especially when providing for children and young people.
