1st Interview
If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to 1st interview. We will send you a full job description and any other appropriate literature prior to your interview. First interviews will usually take approximately one hour and be held at the site where the vacancy exists.
2nd Interview
If short-listed further, you will be invited for 2nd interview. This may include spending time with the team where the vacancy exists, in order for you to obtain a sense of the day-to-day working environment and to meet potential colleagues. Dependent upon the role and its seniority, there may also be additional written exercises, presentations or psychometric tests to complete as part of the selection process.
Job Offer
An offer of employment may be made, subject to satisfactory references. CRB checks may also be made for employees working in selected roles within our educational travel divisions.

Contract of Employment
If you accept a job offer, your contract of employment plus employee handbook will be sent to you prior to your start date.
