To help spread the cost of the trip, we divide the payments into 3 parts, an initial deposit, interim payment 8 weeks later and the final balance, 10 weeks prior to departure.
The deposits and payments do vary by type of tour and basic tour cost per person. We have included a summary table below showing current payments. Full details covering the deposits and payments required will be sent to you at the time of booking.

Please note: Day Trip final payments are due 6 weeks prior to departure.
*Where a low-cost airline is chosen as part of your arrangements, a larger deposit may be required to cover the full fare cost. Any increased amount will be specified in our offer terms.
Important: To ensure smooth running of all your arrangements, it is important that deposits, payments plus essential group information is supplied on time. Due to the complexity of the arrangements being made for a group, delays in making payments and supplying essential information to NST may result in late finalisation of your arrangements.
Important: If you have any children cancelling from your trip, it is important to let us know as soon as you are informed. By doing so, you may avoid unnecessary cancellation charges that can otherwise incurred when cancelling close to the departure date on your trip. Please see our booking conditions and important notes for details on cancellations.
If you plan to collect payments in instalments from your pupils, you may find the NST Savings Card useful. It is simple method of ensuring pupils and their parents know that the payments they are sending in to school have been received by you the group leader.
