NST 24 hour cover
24 hours a day / 7 days a week, NST has a trained member of staff in the UK, available to take emergency calls from group leaders needing assistance.
NST employees undergo training for emergency scenarios and where appropriate our emergency response staff can call upon all necessary support and resources to resolve an emergency situation.

Medical Emergency Assistance
In a medical emergency whilst on tour, the organisation ‘Mercury International Assistance’ provide all of our groups with a 24 hour emergency medical service, more details for which are provided at the time of booking.
Our City Representatives
In selected destinations, NST also has city representatives whom where needed, can provide useful additional assistance. Their local knowledge and language skills can prove invaluable in such circumstances.
